Position Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled interns to join our Quantitative Analysis team. The selected candidates will play a key role in determining the efficacy of both existing and new financial models, coordinating closely with financial analysts to analyze trading strategies, and assisting in the development and validation of quantitative solutions. This internship provides a unique opportunity to contribute to pivotal projects, enhancing your skills in a real-world setting while being at the innovation forefront of financial technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in using mathematical or statistical techniques to address practical issues in finance, such as risk management, securities trading, and more.
• Work alongside financial analysts to dissect trading strategies, market conditions, and assess trading system performance using quantitative techniques.
• Support product development teams in validating and implementing quantitative solutions.
• Contribute to the development and testing of new analytical software, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Establish and refine data collection methods, recommending updates as necessary.
• Develop methods to assess and measure company performance on environmental, social, and governance fronts.
• Interpret financial analysis results and prepare summary reports of findings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Advanced knowledge of mathematics and statistics.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in computer operation and programming.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Science, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 years of related experience.
